Trade Copier - Auto-Renewal Policy

The initial Billing Period of the subscription, whether monthly (1 month), quarterly (3 months), or annual (1 year), will automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration unless cancelled before the end of the then-current term.

You may cancel the automatic renewal at any time:

• By using the online "Cancel" button available in the Cockpit before the expiration of the current term.
• By submitting a cancellation request in writing (via email or live chat) at least 48 hours before the expiration of the current term.

Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid term and will not renew thereafter.

Either party may elect not to renew the subscription at the end of the current term without cause and for any reason.

For technical reasons, subscriptions paid using cryptocurrency do not automatically renew and will expire at the end of the purchased term unless manually renewed by the customer.
