Refund Policy

Before purchasing a subscription, users can test the service using Free Credits. For this reason, subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

Subscriptions and Add-Ons are non-refundable except in the following cases:

• The user is unable to access the service due to a verified technical issue on our side.
• A reproducible defect or service malfunction occurs that is not related to user configuration or settings.

Refunds are only applicable to active subscriptions. Expired or already ended subscriptions cannot be refunded.

Subscriptions purchased using promotional discount codes are generally non-refundable, unless required by applicable law or in case of a confirmed service failure.

If a refund is approved, the refunded amount will be reduced by:

• A 6% Duplikium processing fee (minimum 9 EUR)

We reserve the right to deny any refund request if we detect abuse, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the service, including attempts to circumvent subscription terms or exploit refund conditions.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any refund remains at the sole discretion of Duplikium, subject to these terms and applicable law.
