An Order Failed to CopyHello {usertag:username|info:receiver}, Your Slave account [ENTER ACCOUNT NUMBER] couldn’t copy a trade from the Master account [ENTER ACCOUNT NUMBER] due to a “Sent or Deleted After Sent” error. What does this error mean? This usually means we sent the trade to your broker, but never got a response back — not even a rejection. So we’re not sure if the trade actually went through. You’ll need to check your broker’s terminal to see if the trade is there. A few things to double-check: | ➤ | Is the trade visible in your terminal? If the trade exists, the copier might not recognize it, which means it won’t close automatically with the Master. In that case, you may need to manage it manually. | | ➤ | Ensure the Slave account is connected using the trader password. | | ➤ | Make sure the symbol is tradable and active for your account. | Within your cockpit, you can check the "Last Copied Orders" section to see the status of each trade whether it was executed or failed. If an order failed, you'll see the reason, a short explanation, and tips on how to fix it.
Copy Trading doesn’t have to be complicated, and with Duplikium, it’s not! |
