Close all slave positions in one click and more!

Managing Slave Positions (New): Close All, Close Filtered, Cancel Pending

Close all feature trade copier function

We’ve just ticked off another feedback request.
And yes… the list is still longer than a Monday. But we’re catching up, one practical improvement at a time. Our recent upgrade is a big one if you manage multiple slave accounts: you can now instantly close all (or filtered) Slave positions and cancel all (or filtered) pending orders from the Slave's open position tab. It’s available for everyone now, built to give you faster control exactly when you need it. Let us give more details on what you can do.

Bulk Actions for Slaves: Common Use Cases

This feature is built for anyone managing multiple Slave accounts, especially when you need to take action quickly without closing and clicking through each account. Markets move fast, and risk decisions shouldn’t require opening and closing positions one by one. Pending orders can also stay active longer than intended if they aren’t cleared.

It’s also useful if you’ve placed manual trades on a Slave and need a clean do-over. When you close positions from the Slave Open Positions panel, it can close any open positions on the Slave, including trades not placed by the trade copier.

Here are common ways people use it:

  • Close Slave positions but keep the Master running: Useful when a Slave needs to be closed due to variance, risk limits, different exposure, or account-specific reasons, while the Master position stays open.
  • Reset a Slave after manual trading: If you’ve manually entered trades on a Slave and want to return to a clean state, you can close everything (or filter to target only what you want).
  • Cancel pending orders when market direction changes: If you host pending orders on the Slave, you can clear them quickly, either all at once or only the filtered ones, so old setups don’t trigger later.

Where to Access and What Each Action Does

You’ll find the new controls here: Cockpit → Slaves → Open Positions → Action

From the Open Positions tab in the Slaves section, click the Action button and choose what you want to do.

dashboard open positions

Close All Positions: Closes all currently open positions across all Slave accounts. Use this when you want a clean slate fast, especially in fast market conditions or risk events.

Close Filtered Positions: Closes only the open positions that match your filters. You can filter things like master account, slave account, direction (buy/sell), symbol, and more.

Cancel All Pending: Cancels all pending orders across all Slave accounts. Use this when you’re done with a setup, switching strategy, or want to eliminate “surprise entries” later.

Cancel Filtered Pending:  Cancels only pending orders that match your selected filters. Use this when you want to clear a specific group (like one symbol, one direction, or one master/slave relationship) without touching the rest.

Now you can do all these in just a few clicks! You can play around with the search boxes to filter your results. Please note that once you have triggered this action, there is no going back, so please be careful.

After You Trigger the Action Validate Immediately

Once you’ve executed Close All, Close Filtered, Cancel All Pending, or Cancel Filtered Pending, the best move is to validate immediately.

Start by refreshing your browser to ensure the platform has fully updated. Then return to the Open Positions tab and confirm the positions or pending orders you targeted are no longer there. If you used filters, only that filtered set should be removed, while everything else remains untouched.

For a proper audit trail, go to Closed Positions, expand the history (for example, set it to This Week), and confirm the closed trades appear in the list. In a clean run, you’ll see the positions recorded there and no longer visible in the Open Positions tab.

Important Note About Copier History

Because this is a manual action executed directly on the Slave (and not triggered by the Master or the trade copier logic), you should not expect it to appear under Last Copied Orders. That’s normal behavior.

This feature is available to everyone, regardless of plan. It’s included on both Prepay and Subscription accounts at no extra cost. Thank you again for your unwavering support! Your support and feedback help shape what we build next. We’ll be ticking off more requested features soon. Enjoy your trading, and cheers to your growth.
