​"Deleted after sent" order error is what we also call a "timeout order". It means that we have properly sent the order to the broker but that we never received any answer (executed nor rejected). It means that we do not have any clue if the trade exists or not.

In that case you, should look in your broker terminal to see if the order exists or not. If it exists, there is a big chance that the trade copier does not recognize it and that the trade won't be closed when the Master trade will be.

If your order has not be executed and the last status is "sent", it could mean that you have connected your Slave account with the investor password instead of the trader password.

Please double check if you have used the correct password to connect your Slave account.

Deleted: Off Quotes or Requote

Off quotes/Requote could be returned by broker when it is not able to execute the order at the requested price as the market price has changed. In few cases, the broker could be experiencing temporary high latency, and it is not able to sync price with their Liquidity Provider. This error also happens when your account is configured with "Instant execution" mode, with this mode, you ask your broker to execute the order sent with a specific price, and if the symbol price has changed at the time of the trade, the broker send us a Off Quotes or Requote error.

The Trade Copier will try to send several times the order(s), and if the order(s) is still not executed, we return the status "Deleted : Off Quotes". In that case, the only solution is to try to place a new order, and check the discrepencies between masters and slaves accounts.

This error means that the Trade Copier does not find which symbol to trade. Maybe the symbol does not exist or maybe the symbol was not available at that time.

"Trading is disabled" means that the broker is not ready to execute order.

With LMax, please verify that you have access to the web API. Just contact LMax and ask them to activate the .NET API for this account, they exactly know what they have to do with this request.

With MT5, if your order has not been executed and the last status is "Trading is disabled", it could mean that you have connected your Slave account with the investor password instead of the trader password.

Please double check if you have used the correct password (trader password) to connect your Slave account.

Either the size of the copied order is too large or you have already several open positions using margin and probably few P&L consequently decreasing the free margin your account had during a period of time, which leads to insufficient free margin to execute the copy on the slave. This is your broker that return us this "Insufficient margin/Failed Margin" error when trying to open the position.

Please close some open positions or add funds to your account, and try again to place an order.
