Using the "Global Account Protection" you can define a threshold that the Trade Copier enter in "Sell Out" mode if your equity rises above a specific TakeProfit or falls below a specific StopLoss, meaning that all the open positions are closed automatically by the system.

In the Symbol Settings, you can configure the copier status for a specific symbol. It can define whether the copy trading of specific symbol(s) is currently active or not, you can choose to copy all trades, or copy only trades that open (Open Only) or close a position (Close Only), or to deactivate the copy (Frozen). In such case, you could receive a "Deleted: Symbol is FROZEN/OpenOnly/CloseOnly Mode" order status, if your master try to place an order on such symbol(s) on which you have defined a specific configuration.

In the Account Settings, you can configure the copier status for a specific slave. It will define whether the copy of trading is currently active or not. You can choose to copy all trades, or copy only trades that open (Open Only) or close a position (Close Only), or to deactivate the copy (Frozen). In such cases, you could receive a "Deleted: Account is FROZEN/OpenOnly/CloseOnly Mode" order status, if your master tries to place an order on a slave on which you have defined a specific configuration.

What is the "Deleted: Equity reaches the StopLoss/TakeProfit Level" order status code?
Using the "Global Account Protection", you can define a threshold that the Trade Copier enter in either "Open Only" or "Close Only" mode if your equity rises above a specific TakeProfit or falls below a specific StopLoss. If your Master tries to place an order that doesn't match the defined mode, you will receive a "Deleted: Equity reaches the StopLoss/TakeProfit Level" order status.

What is the "Deleted: Trade Copier is OFF/OpenOnly/CloseOnly Mode" order status code?
In the Global Settings, you can configure the copier status. It will define whether the copy of trading is currently active or not. You can choose to copy all trades, or copy only trades that open (Open Only) or close a position (Close Only), or to deactivate the copy (Trade Copier is...). In such cases, you could receive a "Deleted: Trade Copier is OFF/OpenOnly/CloseOnly Mode" order status if your master tries to place an order.

Pending Order Cancelled/Rejected/Cancel Rejected
What is the "Pending Order Cancelled/Rejected/Cancel Rejected " order status code?
"Pending Order Canceled" happens when:
- when the Master has placed a pending order that has been cancelled before triggered.
- when the pending order has been triggered on the Master but not on the Slave, and when the Master close the trade it cancel the pending order on the Slave
The "Pending Order Rejected" or "Pending Order Cancel Rejected" happens when the order sent is rejected for any reasons by the broker.
In all above cases, if the behavior is not as expected you are prompted to try again to place an order or to manage position manually.
Your Wallet is EMPTY
What is the "Your Wallet is EMPTY" order status code?
You don't have sufficient cash in your eWallet, which means you cannot copy/duplicate new trades (to open) from your Master(s) to the Slave that is using a Prepay plan. However, the closing of trades is always possible. If you need to continue to copy/duplicate trades, please deposit cash in your eWallet by going in your Cockpit -> Your eWallet -> "Recharge your eWallet"
