Referral Program - Terms & Conditions
By introducing new clients, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Duplikium Referral Program.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between Duplikium SA ("Duplikium") and the referrer ("Referrer") regarding the introduction of new clients ("Introduced Clients") who subscribe to any paid service provided by Duplikium. By participating in the Referral Program, the Referrer acknowledges and accepts the following terms.
Last Update: 1st June 2026
1. Program Overview
Duplikium offers a referral program allowing Referrers to introduce new clients to its services, including but not limited to https://www.trade-copier.com.
For every Introduced Client who subscribes to a paid plan, the Referrer will receive a lifetime retrocession equal to 10% of all subscription payments made by that client to Duplikium.
2. Eligibility & Minimum Qualification Requirement
Participation in the Referral Program is open to any registered Duplikium user with a valid account in good standing. Duplikium reserves the right to accept or reject participation requests at its sole discretion.
An Introduced Client is any client successfully referred by the Referrer whose first successful payment has been completed. Each payment is subject to a forty-five (45) day validation period, during which any refund, chargeback, dispute, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms may result in cancellation or adjustment of related retrocessions.
Retrocessions are calculated from the successful payment of each Introduced Client but remain pending until the end of the forty-five (45) day validation period and are credited thereafter in accordance with these Terms.
To remain eligible for retrocession payments in any calendar month, the Referrer must generate successful qualifying payments from at least five (5) different Introduced Clients during that month. If this threshold is not met, retrocessions for that month shall remain pending and shall be released once the requirement is satisfied in a subsequent month.
3. Referral Link and Attribution
Each Referrer will receive a unique referral link. Introduced Clients must complete their registration and subscription using this specific referral link to ensure that the referral is correctly attributed.
If an Introduced Client does not use the referral link or registers through any other channel, Duplikium will not be able to associate that client with the Referrer after registration. In such cases, no retrocession will be granted or applied retroactively.
Referral attribution is fully automated and cannot be manually corrected or reassigned once the Introduced Client’s account has been created.
4. Retrocession Amount and Duration
The Referrer shall receive a retrocession equal to 10% of all eligible payments made by each Introduced Client under the Subscription Plan and Prepay Plan. Any other services, products, or custom arrangements are excluded unless explicitly stated by Duplikium.
This retrocession applies for as long as the Introduced Client maintains an active paid subscription under the eligible plans and is calculated on net amounts actually received by Duplikium (excluding taxes, chargebacks, and refunds).
5. Payment Schedule
All commissions are credited monthly to the Referrer’s Duplikium eWallet.
The eWallet balance may be:
- Used to pay for accounts under the Prepay Plan
- Withdrawn upon request, subject to eligibility conditions
Manual payout requests may be submitted only after a 45-day holding period to allow for possible refunds or chargebacks.
A minimum withdrawal amount of 100 EUR is required to request a payout.
If the Referrer does not request a payout, funds remain in the eWallet.
Payout requests are processed manually after validation and may be subject to review.
6. Payment Method & Fees
The Referrer shall provide Duplikium with valid banking or payment details for fund transfers. Duplikium reserves the right to select an appropriate payment method at its discretion.
All payments are made in euros (EUR), and any transaction fees charged by banks or payment processors are the responsibility of the Referrer.
A 10% payment processing fee applies to each payout (minimum 20 EUR).
7. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Cancellations
If an Introduced Client’s payment is refunded, disputed, or canceled, any corresponding retrocession previously paid to the Referrer may be deducted from future payments.
An additional fee of a minimum of 29 EUR per case will be levied when an Introduced Client disputes a payment or when a refund is required because the payment is deemed fraudulent.
8. Prohibited Practices
Referrer shall not engage in misleading, deceptive, or spam marketing practices to promote Duplikium services. Any violation may result in immediate termination of participation and forfeiture of unpaid retrocessions.
9. Inactivity Fee
If the Referrer does not generate at least one (1) Qualified Introduced Client within a continuous period of twelve (12) months, the Referrer shall no longer be eligible to request cash withdrawals. However, any existing eWallet balance may continue to be used to pay for eligible services under the Prepay Plan.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Referrer Program at any time, with or without cause, by written notice.
Upon termination, the Referrer will continue to receive retrocession payments only for Introduced Clients who remain active and paying at the time of termination, until their subscriptions expire.
11. Taxes and Legal Obligations
The Referrer is solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes, fees, or other financial obligations arising from retrocession payments received from Duplikium.
12. Modifications
Duplikium reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at its discretion. Any modifications will be communicated to Referrers via email or other suitable means and will take effect upon publication.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this agreement is Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
However, Duplikium reserves the right to pursue claims before any competent court in the Referrer’s country of residence.
By participating in the Duplikium Referrer Program, the Referrer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
