By adding a markup you agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions on Markup on Follower Subscription for Trade Copier Services
These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between Duplikium SA ("Duplikium") and the signal provider ("Signal Provider") regarding the optional markup added by the Signal Provider to a subscription paid by the follower (“Follower”) for a trade copier service offered by Duplikium. By participating in this agreement, the Signal Provider acknowledges and accepts the following terms
Last Update: 1st June 2026
1. Subscription and Payment Structure
Duplikium offers a trade copier service through the website https://www.trade-copier.com, whereby Follower can subscribe to receive trading signals from the Signal Provider.
The Follower shall pay a total subscription fee, which includes the trade copier subscription and the optional markup added and defined by the Signal Provider.
2. Minimum Payment Requirement
Commissions are credited monthly to the Signal Provider’s Duplikium eWallet.
A minimum withdrawal amount of 100 EUR is required to request a payout.
Manual payout requests may be submitted only after a 45-day holding period to allow for possible refunds or chargebacks.
If the Signal Provider does not request a payout, funds remain in the eWallet.
3. Duplikium Fees on Markup
Duplikium applies a 10% fee only on the portion of the markup exceeding 35 EUR per Follower subscription; the first 35 EUR of markup are not subject to this fee.
The markup fees are intended to cover payment collection fees, manual intervention (such as searching for lost payments, refunds, and adjustments on paid plans), and support for Follower inquiries related to payments.
The markup fees also cover the computation and payment of the markup part credited to the Signal Provider’s eWallet.
4. Revenue Calculation
The Signal Provider's revenue per Follower is calculated by subtracting the trade copier subscription fee and Duplikium fees on markup from the total subscription fee paid by the Follower.
The Signal Provider's revenue per Follower per month is calculated as follows:
Signal Provider's revenue = Total subscription fee - Trade copier subscription fee - Duplikium fees on markup
All calculated revenues are credited monthly to the Signal Provider’s Duplikium eWallet.
5. Fee for Payment Dispute and Fraudulent Refund
An additional fee of a minimum of 29 EUR per case will be levied when a customer disputes a payment or when a refund is required because the payment is deemed fraudulent.
Duplikium reserves the right to deduct such fees from the Signal Provider’s eWallet balance and the eWallet balance may become temporarily negative.
6. Payment Schedule
All commissions are credited monthly to the Signal Provider’s Duplikium eWallet.
Signal Providers may:
Use the eWallet balance to pay for accounts under the Prepay Plan
Request a manual payout
Payout requests are processed manually after validation and may be subject to review.
7. Payment Method & Fees
Payments are made exclusively via bank transfer.
The Signal Provider shall provide Duplikium with the necessary banking or payment details (IBAN / Account Number, Bank Name and Bank Address, Account Owner Name, Account Owner Address) for funds transfer. Duplikium may delay or refuse payouts if information is incomplete or incorrect.
Duplikium reserves the right to use a suitable payment method at its discretion.
A 10% payment processing fee applies to each payout (minimum 20 EUR).
8. Inactivity Fee
If no new markup has been earned by the Signal Provider for a continuous period of one year, any accumulated markup balance remaining in the Signal Provider’s eWallet shall be deemed abandoned, permanently deleted, and no longer eligible for payout.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
Ceasing payment for the Signal Provider's add-on automatically results in termination. Subsequently, the use of the Signal Provider's link becomes inaccessible, and all existing followers will no longer be able to copy trade.
In the event of termination, any outstanding commissions will remain in the Signal Provider’s eWallet and may be withdrawn in accordance with these Terms.
10. Fraud, Abuse, and Verification
Duplikium reserves the right to review and verify commission activity before approving payouts. Any fraudulent activity, abnormal trading behavior, or violation of platform rules may result in commission suspension or cancellation.
11. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Both Duplikium and the Signal Provider shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
The Signal Provider is solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or other financial obligations arising from their earnings as a Signal Provider.
12. Modifications
Duplikium reserves the right to modify these Terms at its sole discretion.
Any modifications to the Terms will be communicated to the Signal Provider in writing or through other suitable means.
13. Governing Law
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes or lawsuits regarding the herein contract, the General Business Conditions and/or the use of Duplikium services and website is Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
However, Duplikium reserves the right to take legal action against the Signal Provider in the court of competent jurisdiction of the Signal Provider’s place of residence or before any other competent authority, Swiss law remaining exclusively applicable.
By continuing to provide trading signals and using the trade copier service, the Signal Provider acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
